• Maximum of only 4 guests will be accommodated in a single cottage.
• 20% addition will be charged on the package as peak season hike from 20th December to 2nd January.
• Guests should strictly follow the check-in and check-out time.
  (Check-in 12 noon. Check-out 11 AM.)

Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation:
  Reservations cancelled 15 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any cancellation charges.
• Partial Cancellation Charges:
  A cancellation made exactly 7 days prior to arrival will attract a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
• No Refund / Full Charge:
  • Cancellations made within 0–7 days of the arrival date will be charged 100% of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the total booking amount and no refunds will be applicable.
• Refund Processing:
  Eligible refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• General:
  The resort reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice. The applicable cancellation policy will be the one in effect at the time of booking.
